30 Minute Workout Plan

This is a 6-week strength training program with a 3 to 4 day training split:

Lower Body
Push
Pull
Full Body Circuit (optional)

I really wanted to make a training program that had 30 minute workouts and could all be done from your home. We all have busy lives, and being a mom myself I know that the days are busy (and longgg!) Having shorter workouts has helped me stay more consistent vs. skipping my hour long workout all together.

Just because these are 30 minutes does NOT mean they are not effective. I have designed the workouts in "super sets" where you do two exercises back-to-back from each other. This is more time- effective. I have also included a "challenge move" at the end of each workout for some burning fun!

This is a 6-week program that you can do again and will be able to track progress, like the amount of weight used or the time it took to complete.

I am very passionate about the art and science of strength training for exercise. This type of exercise is truly how women get that strong "toned" or “lean” physique. The aesthetic benefits are great, but I believe the real magic is what happens after you consistently strength train. You gain strength, both physical and mental, become more confident, improve sleep, wellness, reduce risk of health conditions like heart disease, the list goes on.
